RUPES warrants to the original purchaser only, that RUPES power tools shall be free from material or workmanship defects for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. To the extent permitted by law, RUPES sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty are expressly limited to the replacement or repair, without charge, of those parts determined by RUPES to be defective. Power tools that have been subjected to misuse (including but not limited to overloading and use not specified in the user's manual), neglect, faulty maintenance, alteration, damage caused by improper use of chemicals, repairs by unauthorized parties, or damage caused by normal "wear & tear", are not covered. For LH18ENS model limited service warranty is for 6months only

To invoke coverage under this warranty, the purchaser must return the power tool, including the original proof of purchase (sales receipt), to the RUPES Authorised Service Center. In the event, the repairs are deemed non-warranty the repair charges shall be borne by the purchaser. This limited warranty does not apply to accessory items such as pads, backing plates, chemicals and normally wearable motor parts such as bearings, blades, brushes, etc.

The warranty described herein is not transferable to other individuals beyond the original purchaser. Only tools purchased from an authorized RUPES distributor in India are eligible for repair under this warranty. If mentioned in the sales agreement, invoice, the customer need to register the details of the tool in the website mentioned by the RUPES importer or their authorised distributor/ reseller.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
