Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your equipment or product must be in the exact condition that you received it: completely unused, unsealed, with all tags intact, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Strict Liquid & Chemical Policy: For chemical products, "unused" means the original manufacturer seal must be 100% intact. Any product with a punctured seal, primed spray trigger, or opened cap is strictly non-returnable.

For defective or incorrect items: If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and cover the return shipping costs.

For general returns (change of mind): The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Order Issues (Unboxing Video Required) Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. To ensure a fair and efficient resolution process, we strictly require an uninterrupted unboxing video as evidence for any damage, defect, or missing item claims.

For Leakage Claims: For claims regarding spilled or leaking liquids, the unboxing video must clearly show the external packaging wet or damaged prior to opening, and the compromised bottle must be clearly visible the moment the box is opened.
You must contact us with your unboxing video and order details within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items To prevent contamination and ensure the highest quality for all our customers, certain detailing items cannot be returned. These include:

Opened or unsealed detailing chemicals and liquids

Ceramic coatings

Used microfiber towels and wash mitts

Used buffing pads

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Storage Liability: We are not liable for the degradation or curing of chemicals, sealants, or ceramic coatings due to improper storage, heat exposure, or cross-contamination by the customer after delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before purchasing.

Refund Process, Inspections, and Timelines Once your return arrives at our distribution center, our team will inspect the item within 1 to 2 business days. Please note: All returned liquids and chemicals are subject to precise weight and seal-tampering inspections under UV light before a refund is approved.
We will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved based on the condition of the gear. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
