Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that mistakes happen or plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to our support team at support@rioautohub.com or via WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Standard Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch) We process and pack orders quickly to get your detailing gear to you as fast as possible. You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our distribution center.

Late Cancellations (After Dispatch) Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the items after they have been dispatched, you will need to receive the package and initiate a standard return. Please note that in this scenario, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders and Backordered Items For high-demand equipment or gear that is purchased on a "Pre-order" basis, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item is in stock and processed for shipping. Once the pre-ordered item is dispatched, our standard return policy applies.

Store-Initiated Cancellations We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen inventory shortages, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full to your original payment method.
