SUBMITTING A SERVICE WARRANTY CLAIM

To invoke coverage under this warranty, the purchaser must return the power tool, including the original proof of purchase (sales receipt), to the RUPES Authorised Service Center. In the event, the repairs are deemed non-warranty the repair charges shall be borne by the purchaser. This limited warranty does not apply to accessory items such as pads, backing plates, chemicals and normally wearable motor parts such as bearings, blades, brushes, etc.

 

 

The warranty described herein is not transferable to other individuals beyond the original purchaser. Only tools purchased from an authorized RUPES distributor in India are eligible for repair under this warranty. If mentioned in the sales agreement, invoice, the customer need to register the details of the tool in the website mentioned by the RUPES importer.
