If you think, you have received the package in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 98 9502 0320 (10:00AM TO 6:30PM) or email us at care@rioautohub.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the package for any damage, once goods have been signed and accepted, we cannot accept any liability for damage.
Warranty claim with that to RUPES please refer Warranty T/c in the website. Please note RUPES offers only service warranty and not replacement warranty is ever entertained.
If you need to return a product purchased from RioAutoHub then you have 7 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state, and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us and after our verification only we can confirm an appropriate future action.
The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts, then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within seven working days.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
